This is my first experience running a Bouldering Clinic for women at #KKBF2019 – was such an enriching experience! I was excited to share my experience about boulder rock climbing with all women who come to climb with me today.

First part, I was introduce how to put our cradpacks with routes that we want to climb. the important is all cradpacks must be closed together or don’t have space between cradpacks then I start to warm up before we start climbing.

Second part, I taught how to safe climber when they are climbing and falling. This part is more important also to realize and pay attention all times when climber on the wall.

Third part, I spoke the technique climbing on the rock because this is different style with boulder wall in the gym or indoor. Some technique about hands and legs and How to fight with your mental.

Khon Kaen Climbing Club, just launched a complete bouldering topo of Zoolander Power Station North and South sectors on https://27crags.com/areas/zoolander
161 lines in the North, a 109 lines in the South and still counting! All the 9 sectors in Zoolander have trailhead coordinates. For Power Station, It is a largest sector to date, They have pictures, coordiantes, lines and grades of all the developed boulders. Approach trail is also included. The topo is a premium type and each of your download contributes to their climbing development fund.

As you know, this event is Bouldering Festival. I was prepare my equipment 4C (Climbing Shoes, Chalk, Crash pads, Clothes) and Water. Then Find the rock and climb!!

I climb many routes of there and chilling with my friends. We were talking about the routes and find beta to go top out. All routes start from easy (V0) to hard (V9 or more). This event it isn’t happened if nobody helped. Thank you Khon Kaen Climbing Club to organized and still developing boulder area in North-East of Thailand.
Climbers are very good friendly and helping each other all the times. It doesn’t matter who you are or I don’t know you but in this event “We are friends” and keep contact relationship to forever.
AND I am excited to be conducting a clinic at Khon Kaen Bouldering Festival, Sunday 20th, from 10am – 12noon!

CENTRAL THAILAND CLIMBING FESTIVAL is a two days festival consisting of a 12 hours endurance sport climbing competition, night time activities, games, prizes, delicious food and good friends. Proceeds from ticket sales and money raised from the festival will go toward the ‘RE-BOLT KHAO YOI CAMPAIGN”. This event is officially hosted by Nam Pha Pa Yai Camp and TMSC. Our goal is not only to raise funds for the re-bolting effort, but also to strengthen the climbing community and spread awareness about climbing development.
